Anja Wright began her real estate journey in 2010 as an office administrator, mastering every facet of brokerage operations, from client communications and transaction coordination to listing preparation and market analytics. 

As she steadily advanced, she earned her Associate Broker license in 2014 and took on greater responsibility, ultimately becoming Principal Broker and owner of Roncroft Realty.

A Buffalo native and University at Buffalo graduate, Anja has overseen more than $117 million in closings, combining hands-on administrative know-how with strategic sales and leadership savvy.
