Anja Wright began her real estate journey in 2010 as an office administrator, mastering every facet of brokerage operations, from client communications and transaction coordination to listing preparation and market analytics. As she steadily advanced, she earned her Associate Broker license in 2014 and took on greater responsibility, ultimately becoming Principal Broker and owner of Roncroft Realty. A Buffalo native and University at Buffalo graduate, Anja has overseen more than $117 million in closings, combining hands-on administrative know-how with strategic sales and leadership savvy. Since 2019, her dedication to high-quality service and community impact has earned her a consistent ranking among the top 18 real estate agents in Buffalo, NY, according to Expertise.com. Anja’s mission is twofold: to harness her comprehensive behind-the-scenes experience for her clients’ success, and to empower families to build intergenerational wealth through real estate ownership. Meet Melissa LoTempio, a proud Buffalo native who has traversed the country, returned home, and has now turned her focus toward real estate. With deep roots in the community and a passion for serving its people, Melissa is the perfect choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Western New York. Melissa is also a licensed attorney, providing her clients with valuable legal insight and expertise throughout the buying or selling process. Melissa earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius University in Buffalo, and also studied abroad at the Loyola University of Chicago Rome Center in Rome, Italy. She has worked for the City of Buffalo, Erie County, and as Assistant Attorney General in the state of Florida. Her multifaceted experience allows her to navigate complex transactions with ease and ensure that her clients are well-informed every step of the way.
